CLUB100 Announces

ONE TO ONE TUITION WITH
JAMIE JAKINS

Over the past couple of years CLUB100 has offered its members the opportunity to improve their driving skills and lap times with one to one tuition by highly experienced racers. In 2006 we had Colin Brown. In 2007 we had Gareth Howell.

For 2008 we have our very own Jamie Jakins.

A brief profile -

Jamie has been racing karts for 18 years now, starting in juniors and moving up through the senior ranks taking 2 Anglia, 1 Midland and 3 Kimbolton club championships on the way. From here Jamie made 4 attempts at the 100 National British Championships with a best result of 5th. He also finished 2nd a number of times in British Open Championships (O plates).

When Jamie realised he did not have sufficient funding to compete at the very top he worked for some top teams and drivers, involved in this was technical support and some tuition for up and coming juniors.

After a three year driving sabbatical Jamie found CLUB100, which suited his needs and budget perfectly.

Since starting CLUB100 in 2005 Jamie has had great success, taking 1 Sprint championship and 2 Premier endurance championships. He is currently leading this years’ Premier sprint and Premier endurance championship.
